UPD1: We got an update from AWS that recovery is in progress for instance impairments and degraded volume performance. They continue to work towards recovery for all remaining affected instances and volumes.
UPD2: We started a recovery of the DB instance. Recovery time will vary with the amount of data to be recovered. Once done – the system should return back to operate in a normal way
UPD3: The issue is resolved, Shared cloud instance is operating normally now
