Today, we’re excited to announce a major update: pre-configured Demo code samples for chats, voice and video calls, and conference calls. With this new feature, getting started with ConnectyCube has never been easier.
What are Demo code samples?
ConnectyCube provides developers with ready-to-use code samples for a variety of development platforms. These code samples include all the functionality offered within the product and are the jumpstart for the developers who are on their way to create a new app and need a ready solution for the further customisation.
These samples include essential functionalities for:
- Chats
- Voice and Video calls
- Conference calls
Traditionally, developers would need to download the code samples, manually add app credentials, create demo users, and then configure everything to get started. While effective, this process required additional time and effort.
What’s new?
With this update, ConnectyCube now offers system-generated code samples pre-configured with app credentials and demo users.
Here’s what’s included:
- Pre-configured app credentials: no need to copy and paste your app credentials – we’ve already integrated them for you.
- Demo users ready to go: get a set of pre-generated demo users to test your app instantly.
- Public chat already created with the demo users
This means you can simply download the sample, run it, and start exploring ConnectyCube’s powerful features with zero setup hassle.
Where can you find this feature?
We’ve made this feature accessible to both new and existing users:
1. Onboarding for new customers
When new users set up their accounts, they’ll encounter this feature as part of the onboarding process (Step 3 – Configure SDK and Download code samples). After configuring their apps, they can instantly download pre-configured code samples and begin testing and development without delay.
2. New ‘Code samples’ section for existing users
For our long-time users, we’ve added a dedicated Code Samples section to the app’s left-side menu. From here, you can download updated samples for any of your apps at any time.

- If you’re a new user, complete your onboarding to access the demo samples.
- If you’re an existing user, navigate to the new Code Samples section in the app menu OR find samples while creating a new app.
