ConnectyCube Content Moderation Tool – How to Work With It

Posted by Charlie on August 16, 2018

We are pleased to introduce ConnectyCube Content Moderation (Trust & Safety, TnS) tool, with which you can replace inappropriate words with mask. To facilitate functionality usage we allow to upload your own file with words, no need to create rule for each word separately.

Not only single words could be banned – you can forbid sending email addresses, phone numbers etc. by using regular expressions. Also, you can manually ban specific users for some time period or even forever! You can check more in our documentation. Here is also a blog post on Medium about different use cases of ConnectyCube Trust & Safety tool.

We are also planning to add admin users with extended permissions, who will be able to delete messages of other users and ban them.

Stay tuned!
